Chemistry Session
We begin with an introductory call to assess coaching fit and ensure buy-in from the leader. Together, we’ll explore current career challenges, desired outcomes and the specific leadership capabilities they’re looking to develop.
ESTABLISHING OBJECTIVES & KEY RESULTS
In our initial session, we’ll review any 360 or internal feedback to identify key strengths and development areas. Then we’ll set clear, measurable goals for the program and ensure coaching objectives align with your business priorities from the start.
1:1 COACHING SESSIONS
Regular coaching sessions tailored to the leader’s goals, helping them develop new leadership behaviours, decision-making skills and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
SUPPORT CALLS
Short, focused sessions to address immediate leadership challenges as they arise, maintain momentum and keep leaders on track in busy or high-pressure moments.
EVALUATION
We’ll regularly review progress and adjust coaching objectives as needed to keep development on track and aligned with business priorities. At the end of the program, we’ll conduct a final evaluation to measure outcomes and identify any ongoing development needs.
